US AND EU SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Once your orders have been processed, please allow another 7-21 days for the order to be delivered.

Since all of our products ship from our overseas fulfillment center, please allow 7-21 days for the delivery of those items. Product descriptions will always state if an item is being shipped from overseas. If multiple items from our overseas fulfillment center are ordered, they may all ship separately.

Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to the system volume.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 days for handling. Once your orders have been processed, please allow another 14-30 days for the order to be delivered.

International shipments usually arrive within 18-21 business days from the ordered date, excluding holidays.

For orders to South Africa please allow up to 30 business days.

Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to the system volume.
We are not in charge of customs fees nor do we regulate them in any manner. It's always a good idea to check with your local post office to see how much (if any) the government will charge in import taxes and fees.
If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains.

Tracking

All items are shipped with tracking available.

Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost. You will get an email about the status of your order.

Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.

Customers may begin the return process by contacting us at sales@fournseven.com, stating the reason for return.

  • Packages sent out from our fulfillment centers in Azerbaijan are returned to our address: Hasan bay Zardabi Street 190 A, Baku, Azerbaijan, AZ 1122.

Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

If received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified.

If received missing or wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Reasons for Refunds
Received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified.
Received a damaged item/s- please send pictures to be verified.
Received an incomplete order or they did not receive their order at all.
Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fournseven.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
